Mathematically one plus one equals two, but not when you combine the two stands in the Meyersdal eco estate and develop it with a 2700 squire meter home, a nine-hole putt-putt course, volleyball court, tennis court, swimming pools, clubhouse and a fully equipped recording studio.  That equation adds up to one spectacular residence, the result of designer Wynand Coetzee and SCS Architects.

When the owners of this luxurious abode set out designing their ideal dream home, they were more than fortunate to find an oasis that is a mere 10-minute drive from the city, but offers its inhabitants peace and tranquillity that can only be achieved by living in the country. This locale is one that’s painted with open spaces, lush vegetation, wild-life, and undisrupted views.  The size of the stand is definitely the envy of most people, and thus the inspiration behind the architectural style behind the structure.
