• 12 brown plastic bags of 280 x 140 mm
• 3 cream plastic bags of 146 x 148 mm
• 4,5 mm-crochet needle
• 3 x wood beads

• 50 cm brown lining  
• Scissor
• Needle en thread

Cut the 12 brown plastic bags in 15 mm-width strips. Start at one point and cut all the way around until the whole bag has been cut up. Tie the strips to each other and roll in a ball. Cut the cream plastic bags in the same manner.

Crochet as follow:

1. Start with 53 ch, turn.
2. 1st row: skip 2 ch and crochet then 1 tc in every ch.
3. 2nd row: 3 ks, *skip 1 tc, 1 ch, 1 tc in next tc*, repeat from * till *.
4. Repeat the 2 rows till the bag is the desired length.

Fold the back double and crochet with dc the 2 sides to each other.

Crochet a border as follow:

1. Crochet * 2 ch, 1 dc in next 2 dc*, repeat from * till * around the sides and the top.

Crochet 3 flowers with the cream plastic and stitch together at the bottom. Stitch a bead an each one.

Cut the lining double and stitch the sides together. Turn inside out.

Make the handles as follow: Cut 4 strips, the length of the bag x 12 cm wide of the brown plastic and 2 strips of the cream plastic. Fold the strips 4 four times over. Take 2 strips of brown and 1 strip of cream, stitch the points and plait them. Stitch the bottom point. Make another plait.

Place the handle in the open ends of the lining. Fold the seam in and stitch. Do the same with the other plait.

Fold the lining and stitch the sides together.

Place the lining in the plastic bag and stitch all around the top.
